Graduated from Hubei Medical College in 1990 with a bachelor's degree; obtained a master's degree from West China University of Medical Sciences in 1996; and earned a doctoral degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2007. Currently serving as the Director of the Department of Oral Medicine at Shulan (Hangzhou) Hospital, he is appointed as an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University. He is also a member of the Prosthodontics Committee of the Zhejiang Stomatological Association. Previously, he served as the Director of the Prosthodontics Teaching and Research Office at the School of Stomatology, Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, and as the President of the Yuecheng and Keqiao Branches of Hangzhou Stomatological Hospital.

His specialties include dental implant restoration, all-ceramic restoration, fixed denture restoration, removable partial denture restoration, complete denture restoration, attachment denture restoration, telescopic crown denture restoration, oral and maxillofacial defect restoration, aesthetic dental restoration, occlusal reconstruction, and treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders.
