Our team
Shulan (Hangzhou) Hospital is committed to providing comprehensive, whole-course, high-quality and safe care for patients. The hospital has 746 nurses and all nurses are registered. We implemented hierarchical management according to different majors, education level and work experience. The hospital has a team of specialized nurses which provide care to various patients and have done numerous clinical research and training.

Our quality management system
1. Nursing Quality and Safety Management Committee: The committee is responsible for strategic nursing work plan, daily nursing work plan and related system and discussing problems in nursing work development and proposing solutions.
2. Nursing quality Standard: Shulan nursing quality standard system is established based on the concept of evidence-based nursing and the quality nursing service evaluation standard and nursing standards issued by the National Health Commission.
3. The nursing quality control team: The team is a quality management project team based on specific nursing contents, with the participation and autonomy of all quality control personnel.
4. Evaluation of nursing quality: We adopt various forms of evaluation to ensure that nursing standards are implemented and the quality of nursing is always at a high quality and safe level.
5. Continuous improvement of nursing quality: Advocacy of nursing quality improvement culture and everyone to participate in quality improvement. Organize quality improvement group and use quality tools to continuously improve nursing quality.

Structure
Nursing education center was established in the hospital, consisting of full-time teachers and part-time clinical teachers.
Role
responsible for clinical education of nursing students, standardized training and continuing education for in-service nurses and advanced nurses.
Objective
To equip nurses at all levels with post competence, including solid professional knowledge, clinical analysis and critical thinking ability, and able to solve clinical practical problems independently.
Training methods
According to the principles of adult teaching and Miller pyramid theory, a variety of training methods are adopted, such as intensive teaching, group discussion, scenario simulation, case analysis, online learning, operation demonstration and so on.
