Establishment: Founded in 2015, the department is a key specialty of the hospital. It currently has 20 medical professionals, including 4 chief physicians and 4 attending physicians, and operates with 30 inpatient beds.
Core Focus: Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of both benign and malignant gynecological diseases, as well as the application of minimally invasive techniques. The department is dedicated to providing comprehensive, integrated medical services for female patients, covering the entire continuum of care from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and rehabilitation.
Scope of Diagnosis and Treatment
1. Common and Frequently Occurring Diseases: Uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory diseases, abnormal uterine bleeding, cervical lesions, ectopic pregnancy, luteal rupture, etc.
2. Complex and Severe Conditions: Gynecological malignancies (such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer), severe pelvic endometriosis, recurrent gynecological diseases, complex reproductive tract malformations, etc.
3. Specialized Services: Comprehensive minimally invasive surgeries (hysteroscopy and laparoscopy), standardized diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumors, pelvic floor functional reconstruction and repair, gynecological endocrinology and menopause management, hysteroscopic exploration and evaluation of vaginal foreign bodies in infants and young children, etc.
