Establishment: Founded in July 2019, the department is a key specialty of the hospital. It currently has 16 medical professionals, including 2 chief physicians and 5 attending physicians. The department has 20 inpatient beds.
Core Focus: The department specializes in the prevention and treatment of thoracic tumors, integrated cancer care, and multidisciplinary treatment within the framework of integrated oncology management. It offers comprehensive medical services, covering the entire process from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and rehabilitation.
Scope of Diagnosis and Treatment
1. Common and Frequently Occurring Diseases: Pulmonary nodules, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer, mediastinal tumors, thymomas, lung metastasis, etc.
2. Complex and Severe Conditions: Unknown primary tumors, multiple organ failure, multiple metastases, etc.
3. Specialized Services: Integrated diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, comprehensive patient management under an integrated disease model, ablation and interventional surgery for pulmonary nodules, clinical research on new lung cancer drugs, biological immunotherapy, and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatments.
