Mingzhi Xu is the director of the physician of Zhejiang university teaching hospital, Shulan(Hangzhou)hospiatal , the director of the diabetes endocrine metabolic disease of hospital clinical medical center ,an director Dr,  a discipline leaders, a internal medicine, chief physician, a supervisor of Zhejiang university postgraduate , a national Standing member of Diabetes Prevention and Management Professional Committee, a national Standing Member of Endocrine and Diabetes Professional Committee, China Association of Non-Public Medical Institutions, chairman of endocrinology and Metabolism Professional Committee of Zhejiang Society Medical Association, Chairman of Zhejiang Medical Association internal Medicine branch youth vice.She has published nearly 20 papers in SCI and national first-level journals as the first author , and has presided over many scientific research projects, such as the Youth Fund of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, the Project of Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, and the Science Foundation of Chinese Medical Association.And she participated in one general project of national Natural Science Foundation of China ( as the second person in charge).  She is also an online adjudicator of local Projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, an adjudicator of Natural Science Foundation of Beijing, Shandong and Hunan Provinces, an adjudicator of Youth Fund of Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, and an online adjudicator of Science and Technology Projects of Zhejiang Province, an adjudicator of Degree Center of Ministry of Education, and a adjudicator of Journal of Diabetes Research  (SCI journal) reviewers, etc.  She has won  "Outstanding Contribution Award to Teaching of Zhejiang University", "The third Prize of Zhejiang Natural Science Paper", "Zhejiang English Forum for Young and Middle-aged Endocrinologists", "China's Good Doctor" by Hurun List, "Top ten Trusted Doctors in Zhejiang province" and other honors.  She also worked in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine for 17 years and obtained the training certificate of "Senior Endocrinologist of NHS Trust Medical Centre"
