She has been engaged in intensive care medicine in the First Hospital of Zhejiang University for 29 years since 1991, and has worked in comprehensive ICU, liver transplantation ICU and surgical ICU for about 10 years successively. She has served as deputy director of surgical Care Unit (in charge of work), deputy director of intensive care Department and Director of teaching.Since December 2019, She has served as director of intensive Care Medicine department of Shulan Hangzhou Hospital and professor of Shulan International Medical College.

She has rich clinical experience in severe internal and surgical treatment.She is good at treating organ failure and serious infection caused by various reasons, especially the support of heart, liver, lung and other important organs failure and the treatment of serious complications after surgery, as well as the monitoring and immunotherapy after large organ transplantation.
