She is good at perioperative management of anesthesia for large organ transplantation, especially for liver transplantation and critical and difficult patients. In addition, there are unique anesthesia methods and processes in difficult outdoor anesthesia, such as ERCP and bronchoscopy.

She has been engaged in clinical anesthesia for 30 years. She once served as a national member of perioperative organ protection branch of China cardiothoracic vascular anesthesia society, deputy leader of eras group of Anesthesiology branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, and member of trauma group of Anesthesiology branch of Zhejiang Medical Association. She has rich clinical experience and research in liver transplantation anesthesia and anesthesia of critical and difficult patients, published many SCI papers, and completed a number of provincial and bureau level topics. There are unique anesthesia methods and processes in difficult outdoor anesthesia, such as ERCP and bronchoscopy.
